Almond Flour and Flax Meal Pizza Crust


  • 1 1/4 cups almond flour
  • 1⁄4 cup  ground flax meal
  • 1⁄4 – 1⁄2 tsp salt
  • 1⁄4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 egg beaten with a whisk
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


  • Mix all ingredients together until they form a ball.
  • Place the dough on a sheet of parchment paper.  Top with a second piece of parchment paper and roll into a 1⁄4 inch pizza crust.
  • Peel away the top sheet of parchment paper.
  • Place the pizza crust and bottom layer of parchment paper on a sheet pan.
  • Bake at 350° F for 10–15 minutes.
