Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups almond flour
- 1⁄4 cup ground flax meal
- 1⁄4 – 1⁄2 tsp salt
- 1⁄4 tsp baking soda
- 1 egg beaten with a whisk
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Mix all ingredients together until they form a ball.

Place the dough on a sheet of parchment paper. Top with a second piece of parchment paper and roll into a 1⁄4 inch pizza crust.

Peel away the top sheet of parchment paper.
- Place the pizza crust and bottom layer of parchment paper on a sheet pan.

Bake at 350° F for 10–15 minutes.
